ODA Important to remain committed to increase EU’s collective aid spending to 0.7% of GNI by 2015 and reaffirm the MS’s individual and collective ODA commitments. Estonia’s commitment – to increase ODA from 0.11% in 2012 to 0.17% by 2015.
