RADMON V5 Specifications It is a fully commercial system It is radiation tolerant up to 80 Gy It is possible to have a Deported Unit to increase the range of measurements It is able to communicate with an industrial bus present in the LHC (WorldFIP) It has to be capable of monitoring the three axes of the radiation effects (SEE,TID and DD). BATMON V5 and RadFet in CC
BatMons Based on the RadMon V5 Battery powered RadMons Useful for on-the-fly measurements for certain locations The battery can last around 3 months Can be read only during the installation and technical stops (NO online measurements) RadFets in CC Measure the dose in passive Can be place in very harsh environment Calibration up to 4KGy (during this year we plan to have a calibration up to KGy) RadFet 03/05/2016 Salvatore Danzeca - RadMon
