Vision and Mission Statements
“To be the premier Department of Defense (DoD) translational biomedical resource in the area of military-unique Human Performance Optimization (HPO) for maximizing warrior performance in the operational environment and resilience of the global military family.” “To conduct and translate basic and clinical research in military human performance, so as to inform the development of educational products, clinical products, clinical care pathways, operational guidelines, and health policies. The goals of these efforts are to maximize deployability, expedite warrior return to duty, and optimize resilience and performance of warriors and military families.”
