Regional data collection is a network of regional data collection centers (DCC) that aim to reduce latency and data loss associated with Adobe image requests.

Mobile SDK
The ID service can be enabled directly in the Mobile Marketing UI or directly changed in the mobile configuration file by simply providing the Organization ID.
ID stored in devices local storage and persists until the app is uninstalled
