78% extraverts said commonality wasn’t a big deal Introverts said lack of commonality was a deal-breaker in most cases Most respondents said interest from another person inspired pursuing a friendship Almost everyone said mediated conversation is harmful to face-to-face

Conclusion Everyone Strives for belonging, and social interaction
Different personality types go about this in different ways Social media is highly beneficial but it’s potential pitfalls are recognized Introverts care more about deep connections, extraverts about general interaction All three personalities similarly hope for purpose and belonging equally
