Strategic objectives Mitigation Plans Who defines: Core Directorate Scope: Adverse events management covers risk, business continuity and crisis management Why: To facilitate decision-making, enhance scientific and technological outcomes, elevate accountability, enhance resilience and enable CERN to remain an operationally effective organization Responsibilities: Core Directorate - overall responsibility for providing, maintaining and continuously improving an effective adverse events management framework. Every manager - responsibility to propagate downwards in his or her unit or project the adverse events management framework. All members of the Organization - contribute on the implementation of the adverse events management framework.
