2. Don Quijote Hizo Su Primera Salida
When he was prepared, don Quijote began his adventure. However, before he could leave, he realized that he had no arms and wasn't a proper knight. Troubled by his thoughts, don Quijote walked all day and, finally, arrived at an inn.

3. Don Quijote se Encontró con Dos Doncellas
The sun was setting when the gentleman arrived, and two women were in front of the inn. The "maidens" were afraid when they saw don Quijote, but he assured them that he wasn't a threat. However, he spoke so strangely that the women began laughing.

4. Cómo Don Quijote Habló al Ventero
Then, the innkeeper spoke with don Quijote and offered him a room. Don Quijote said that the accommodations would be fine, because his "dress was armor" and his "dance was fight." These lyrics were from a famous poem, "The Constancia." The innkeeper recognized the poem and he responded with the lines, "the beds are made of stone and your sleep is always battle." The gentleman was quite happy and thought that the innkeeper was a good host.

5. Cómo Don Quijote Cenó en la Venta
After don Quijote accepted the room, he needed to dismount his horse. However, this feat was very difficult because there were no stirrups. Then, the ladies helped the gentleman, disarming him. However, they couldn't remove the helmet, and he had to drink through a straw. In addition, the maidens needed to put the food through his visor. Nevertheless, he was satisfied with the meal, though he still needed his armor.
