MKUZA II is five years strategic plan and will cover the period from to 2015. MKUZA II aims at improving areas that were found to be lacking or inadequately coved in MKUZA I.

The focus include Implementation of Growth Strategy by coordinating and linking with other sectors and scale up growth-related interventions Spelling out not only the results, but also the means to achieving the intended results. To harness and scale up the Public Private Partnership Implementation of Core Reforms

CONCLUSION The 4 APRM thematic areas seem to align well within the 3 clusters of MKUZA thus harmonization between the National Plan of Action of the APRM and MKUZA Implementation Plan will facilitate in attainment of accelerating economic development which is an important for the attainment of vision objectives. It cements the thinking of “Development from within”.
