6. The Bulgarian Law for Pre-school and School Education – Introduces the New National Electronic Information System of the Pre-school and School Education (NEISPUO)

7. Does NEISPUO makes Bulgarian schools paper-less?
Not yet ……
All the data will be inserted in the systems, but most of the documents will be still printed
To be certified with the respective signatures and stamps (electronic identity still missing)
For achieve purposes (not enough regulation about electronic archives)
Originals of diplomas and certificates to be given to the students on certified paper
