2 What does Service-Learning look like for me and my coursework?
As part of your coursework, you will serve hours depending on the course requirements determined by your professor. On your syllabus and on the Service-Learning Wiki page, you will find a list of approved service sites for your course. Review these sites carefully and choose the site where you will serve your hours.

3 Service- Learning: What do I do after I choose my service site?
In D2L, on your course site, locate the Service-Learning link to the Service-Learning Wiki page. Then: LOCATE and CLICK the SL FORMS link. 1. ONLINE, complete the legal form FIRST (Liability and Indemnification Form) 2. PRINT both your TIMESHEET and SERVICE SITE EVALUATION forms. You will take your TIMESHEET to your service site every time you go. You will give your site supervisor your SERVICE SITE EVALUATION so she/he can complete it at the end of your service. 3. ONLINE, complete the STUDENT EVALUATION OF THE SL EXPERIENCE as soon as you have finished your service.

4 Service-Learning: What if I have Service- Learning attached to more than one course?
You will use ONE Service-Learning experience/site and in your final reflection, you will reflect on how your experience connected to each of your courses. For example: If one course requires 10 hours and one course requires 20 hours, you serve 20 hours, not a total of 30 hours.

5 Service Learning: How do I sign up for my service?
Direction to locate list of service site options Google docs sign ups for service sites Google docs SL Site Arrangements Professors will need to post links for Google docs

6 Final Reflections Reflections can take various forms. Your professor will decide the format for your course(s). You are required to complete the reflection requirements for each professor. Ask your professor the format your reflection will take.

7 Reflection Questions to Think About
Both BEFORE and AFTER your Service Learning experience, think about these 3 important questions. Be prepared to share your thoughts during your course reflection: How is my service connected to my course? How did my service benefit the people I served? How did this experience transform, impact, or affect me?
