Conjecture 2 The most promising applications will take maximum advantage of the unique attributes of mm-Wave technology: Line-of-Sight/Near Line-of-Sight Deployment Nomadic/Fixed Deployment with Limited Human Blockage and will take full advantage of High Throughput and Capacity Ranging and Positioning (including integration with radar) e.g., NLOS Backhaul ■ Vehicular Industrial ■ Aeronautical Radio Science Lab

mmWave Power Limits In the 60 GHz band, power limits are very high!
Battery life, device efficiency, etc., are likely the pacing issues. FCC EIRP restrictions in other mm-Wave bands are still TBD Radio Science Lab
