Performed site surveys
Trained school operators on activation procedures
Conducted each phase

3. Rollout Process Parents arrived on site
Parents received activated accounts from operators
Parents used lab for testing account
Resolve any login issues there
Parents noted any data corrections with “change table”
Principals and Parent Volunteers were all
extremely helpful and key to a successful rollout
