BEING UP TO DATE WHERE APPROPRIATE YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE FAMILIAR WITH CHANGES AND RECENT DECISIONS ETC UP TO THE END OF THIS TERM. REFERRING TO ANY CHANGES MADE AFTER THAT DATE WILL GAIN EXTRA MARKS.

Remember…. That other topics may be useful
e.g. When writing an essay about freedom of speech or censorship you should always include references to free speech theory i.e. the benefits of free speech and all the arguments that have been made e.g. Mill. together with any counter-arguments.
