Step 1: See below for link to be incorporated. For example: This is a Board-specific link that will allow NES to record accesses of the evidence page by each Board using TRAK and give Boards this information about uptake. Step 2: Board eHealth Team adds “Evidence” icon (attached) to Icon Profile, linked to URL above Step 3: Link goes live & users are notified that DynaMed Plus is available & how to access it in TrakCare

2 Clicking on Evidence link leads to evidence sources.
Outcome: Users can access current evidence without leaving the clinical workflow Clicking on Evidence link leads to evidence sources.

4 ‘Evidence’ Icon to be added to Trakcare
To resize the above image: Adjust to required specifications using ‘Format’ tab above Once you have selected the size required, right click the image and select ‘Save as picture’ from the menu It should automatically save as ‘PNG’ file format which is a high quality image Select an appropriate file location and click save The image will now be available to upload as required
