Implications of Code of Practice
data should be collected only once, not by two different authorities
administrative data should be re-used in the statistics
the statistical office should always have access to all administrative registers
the statistical office takes part in the planning when new administrative registers are established
data collected by the statistical office should be treated confidentially and can therefore not be used administratively
