Q: What is a Capbreaker? A: An Option for Exceeding the SGA Award Funding Cap Option 2: to Improve Statewide Data Integration and Use Statewide integrated system designed to improve the integration and use of education and workforce system data Seamlessly integrate common student data reporting system within consortium member institutions and among a majority of the community colleges in their state.

5 Developing Sustainable Partnerships
What is WDQI? In 2010, DOL funded WDQI grants to: fund the development, or enhancement, of state workforce longitudinal administrative databases Will include information on programs that provide training and employment services Will be linked longitudinally at the individual level to allow for analysis leading to enhanced opportunity for program evaluation and better information for customers and stakeholders of the workforce system.

Who has WDQI? 16 States have more than one WDQI grant: Washington, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Mississippi, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maine 20 States have one WDQI grant: Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut, Alaska, Hawaii
