6 Challenges We want SF JAM / HWU Connect to be the go-to source for specific social learning programs but we have competing technologies within our own company. We need to assist our learning leaders more succinctly how effective this social tool is so that they choose it over others. We need more use cases. We want to integrate the social learning tool where appropriate as part of our learning solutions while still abiding by the constructs of the organization, i.e. IT, operations. We want people to see that learning is no longer event-based but instead, through social learning, it is perpetual.
