I want to be a positive influence on my students. I pretend that my students never misbehave. I feel honored when kids thank me for helping them through tough times. I touch my books as I turn the thin pages. I worry that some of my students won’t succeed. I cry when something difficult happens to a student. I understand that I do the best I can each day. I say that everyone should be treated with respect. I dream that I can make a difference in the lives of my students and friends. I try to make class exciting. I hope that I inspire kids to read.
