5 Neighborhood History Establishing the Neighborhood
Neighborhood was annexed into the Borough in the late 1950’s. The area of the neighborhood along Storch Rd was the first to be developed. By 1975, many of the properties east of Bayberry drive had been plotted. The quickest surge of development in the neighborhood occurred in the mid- to late-1980’s. While there continues to be new development along Blue Course Drive and Whitehall Road, there are no current plans for intensification or redevelopment of the neighborhood.
