Pronoun=word that replaces a noun
Subject=the noun/pronoun doing the action in the sentence
Object=the noun/pronoun receiving the action in the sentence (after the verb)

Use the subject pronouns as subjects Use the object pronouns as objects (DO, IO, OP)

Trick: if there are two nouns/pronouns, ignore the other one when making your choice
Examples

The gift was for my brother and (I/me)
Did you ever give (he/him) a present?

There is no problem between (we/us) siblings.

Trick: when deciding for who/whom, try thinking of the difference between he and him
