Review From Yesterday Why was the Magna Carta so significant? It was the first document to state laws and rules. It was a document that allowed freedom of religion. It was the first document to limit a nobles power. It was a document that allowed freedom of the press.

5 Why is Habeas Corpus an important human right?
Review From Yesterday Why is Habeas Corpus an important human right? You cannot be abused in jail. You cannot be imprisoned without being charged with a crime. You cannot be falsely accused of a crime. You cannot be imprisoned unless you commit a serious crime.
