Google’s platform is focused on enabling real-time collaboration, allowing you to grow your business more creatively, productively and profitably. Gmail: @royallepage.ca with 30GB of storage. (60x larger than today!) Calendars: Personal and shared calendars. Hangouts: Video chat and Canadian and US long-distance Internet phone dialing. Drive: Secure content repository with document sharing and collaboration capabilities Google Apps allows, for example, an agent to move from his or her mobile device, to a tablet, to a desktop, seeing all the same information everywhere. Brokers and agents can use the toolset for meetings. You can promote details of upcoming open houses by creating a special open house calendar to share clients. Or, send a text, live chat, make a free internet long-distance call to anywhere in Canada and the U.S., or a video call to a client to discuss the progress of an offer. Collaboration on documents is also a key component, and lends to far greater productivity as documents can be shared, created and edited in real time.
