INTRODUCTION Diamond Light Source is the UK’s National synchrotron 25 Operational Beamlines

I13& I14 Beamlines The I13 beamline comprises two branchlines(Imaging and Coherence) which provide complementary X-ray imaging techniques A Scanning Hard X-ray Nanoprobe beamline is to be built on sector I14 This beamline is dedicated to delivering very small beamsizes for phase-sensitive imaging and spectroscopy. MEASUREMENT OF SURVEY NETWORK

The SR datum was transferred to the I13 Optics Hutch(OH) at 13m and Experimental Hutch(EH) at 36m on the Experimental Hall Floor. A concern was that there could be a potential yaw (swing) error relative to the straight beamline. To enhance the network, several measurement setups were made from 2 operational beamline networks Beamline I18 and adjacent I12 would act as to act as a constraint to any swing error Switch slides All measurements were taken with a TDA5005 and imported to Spatial Analyzer(SA

A second Pre-Analysis was run including the new pillar network for I14. The AT401 laser Tracker was used as the measurement instrument. CONCLUSION The I13 beamline has taken beam successfully. As Beamline I14 is adjacent, it would be advantageous to improve the existing network at I13 by measuring it with the AT401 Laser Tracker The I14 Survey Network an then be established IWAA2014, 13th – 17th October 2014, IHEP, Beijing
