EVO scalability, undesired echo, unable to have audio and EVO conference at the same time
Fault in the Polycom system, out of maintenance
The Polycom system with be replaced by a Tandberg 770 system
Standard system (CERN-wide) with remote control and monitoring
The cost will be 6900 E (shared between LHCb, SFT,…)
