We have delivered 170 Outreach sessions in GP Practices, NHS Clinics and community locations

Over 1,900 older people have received welfare benefits advice
In the first 6 months of the new Debt Service, 260 clients were supported, managing debts totaling £1,750,000
Welfare Benefits Project
700 patients have been referred to the Welfare Benefits Project at NHS outreach sessions or directly from GPs, nurses, health visitors, mental and occupational health services, midwives and maternity wards, palliative care and other NHS services
Over 1,400 people received expert casework advice, 72% had Long Term Conditions
