Work Stream Status Comments Project Funding CHI funding has been secured. Funding will cover additional costs of Medication Management enhancements and replenish project contingency Resources Project managing a number of small team staffing changes – new Senior Business Analyst, new Deployment Lead, onboarding additional Quality Assurance staff Brian – Oliver updated.

Work Stream Status Comments STI Medication Management Enhancements Testing of is currently underway. Testing progressing well – only one significant issue identified. Resolution discussion underway. TB Medication Management Enhancements Enhancements to be delivered in in mid-October Test planning underway Drug Catalogue Remediation Continuing to work with SME on drug protocols

5 Status Summary – Lab Enhancements
Work Stream Status Comments Lab Display Remediation R2.5.7 testing of ER’s is underway. Testing progressing well – no significant issues identified. Lab Configuration: LOINC Nomenclature  implementation work is progressing well Specimen Type and Site  implementation work is planned with PCST Interpreted Results  delay in finalizing specifications with BCPHMRL; implementation planning with PCST Lab RCD Interface Functional testing of the RCD Interface is complete – all issues resolved End to End testing with SunQuest and PLIS started Aug 11th Connectivity established and messages are being proceeded Process begun to seek exemption for known conformance deficiency Lab Use Optimization Deployment Efforts underway to create a Change Management package for the Lab Use Optimization Deployment

6 Status Summary – Data Conversion
Work Stream Status Comments TB Data Conversion Requirements TB Requirements review and sign-off (YK and BC) – Schedule risk raised for review with BC. Reviewed approach to requirements review with YK confirming acceptance of target dates. TB Data Conversion Release Schedule On schedule for first external release to business users end of August. This release (the first of 7) will provide early look at select data in Panorama for select business users, prior to Clinical Data Validation.
