My God Shall Supply All Your Need
Philippians 4:19

Paul’s Relationship To God
He says “my God” Not that deity belonged to him alone His relationship is on a personal level Paul belonged to God as his Father, his Owner, his Master (Acts 27:23) This kind of an attitude in relation to God should be sought by all (1 Jn. 4:13)
4
A Purpose God has an ultimate goal or aim that sometimes lies beyond our immediate grasp (Isa. 55:8-11) Sometimes it is not exactly as we would have it to be Paul did not receive what he requested of God (2 Cor. 12:7-8) However, it did turn into an occasion of strength (2 Cor. 12:9-10)
5
God’s Interest In Man He gives to all life and breath and all things and He is not far from any of us (Acts 17:24-28) He is the One who is responsible for: The bread we eat (2 Cor. 9:9-10) The germination process (1 Cor. 15:38) The rain and fruitful seasons for our benefit (Acts 14:17)
6
While most of these points are dealing with life in a physical sense, let us also understand that God has an interest in man spiritually (Jn. 3:16; 2 Peter 3:9; Rom. 5:8-10)
7
Meeting The Need The Philippian brethren had generously provided for Paul (Phil. 4:14-18) He is sure that God will likewise provide for them (Phil. 4:19) God makes it all possible (Matt. 10:42) God will provide us the ultimate victory (1 Cor. 15:50-57)
