Classroom Rules No food, gum, or drinks in the classroom
Do not touch any materials in Miss C's desk Raise your hand before speaking Stay in your assigned seat Be courteous and respectful to others (NO PUT- DOWNS) Take care of the classroom and school property Put all trash in the trash cans (NOT on the floor!) Use appropriate language (NO cussing or harassment) Follow all school rules at all times!!

Additional Performance
Required Performance There are two required performances Winter Evening Concert on 12/12/2013 (Thursday) Spring Evening Concert on 5/1/2014 (Thursday) Additional Performance CMS Feeder Schools Concert on 12/19/2013 (Thursday) (6th Grade Only) CMS Morning Concert on 12/20/2013 (Friday)

Field Trip Performance Policy
Student’s grade for each playing exams in band class has to be 90 or above. All the student’s subject grades have to be C or above such as math, reading, social studies & band etc. His or her conduct grade has to be satisfactory (S) No ISS or OSS He or she cannot forget to bring his or her instrument, going home or coming to school more than 3 times for each 9 weeks grading period. Perfect test score for multiplication table from 0x to 12x Note: Student will not have any field trips if he or she does not participate the CMS Winter Evening Concert or CMS Spring Evening Concert.

Homework/Practice Requirements
Each student requires to practice his or her instrument at least 90 minutes per week. I suggests practice 30 minutes per day. Students are required to turn in their practice log on EVERY FIRST DAY OF CLASS IN EACH WEEK.

can keep their band method book inside this pocket.) 10 paper protector (Students can keep their sheet music in these protectors.) 10 sheet papers (Students can take note on this paper.)
