USCG determined that test facilities met USCG criteria of 46 CFR and -5(a) at the time of previous testing. Or

IL issues an assessment of existing data to MFR
**This could be an independent contractual agreement**
MFR contracts with IL for Type Approval (TA) testing.
**It is recommended that the IL contact the USCG following existing data assessment before conducting any TA testing.**
