6. BLENDING & PACKAGING Computer selects product + quantity
Base oil automatically pumped to dedicated blending tank (auto shut-off at desired weight)
Base oil heated to required temperature
Additives added automatically from holding tanks or manually from drum
Product mixed 1-4 hours
Finished product tested for viscosity & density, with retained batch samples stored
Finished product filtered and pumped to holding tanks, packaged and filtered 2nd time using filling machine
