3. 1. Updating RetailMode Copy and paste
Prepare “SamsungRetailMode_Global_Dream_v3.0.0_ apk, RetailMedia.patch” files
- package is available on PVI(
- package is available on RetailSamsung(
Connect the phone with your computer, then click ‘ALLOW’ button in “Allow access..” pop-up
Copy “RetailMedia.patch” file into “Download” folder on your phone
Copy and paste

Install “SamsungRetailMode_Global_Dream_v3.0.0_ apk” from “Myfile” app
* PATH :
Samsung > My Files > Internal storage > Download > “SamsungRetailMode_Global_Dream_v3.0.0_ apk”

6. 1. Updating RetailMode Run Samsung Retail Mode application
Click Confirm button
Enter master password as “5444” and set up your subsidiary and Store ID after Wi-fi connected
* If you don’t want to register subsidiary and Store ID, please skip to 8 step.

Wait for auto installation done.
After completion of installation then Retail Mode app started automatically

If pop-up shows, Click “ALLOW” button
