Voting Methods Only authorized contacts for APNIC Members can vote:
Online via MyAPNIC Started 19 Feb 2010 Ended 09:00 (UTC+8) on 3 March 2010 Proxy voting In accordance with APNIC Bylaws Onsite voting Corporate contact, contact with voting rights, or nominated proxy can collect ballot papers from registration desk until 14:00 (UTC+8) today

Voting Entitlement APNIC Members are entitled to vote at APNIC Member Meetings according to their membership tier: Associate: 1 vote Very Small: 2 votes Small: votes Medium: 8 votes Large: votes Very Large: votes Extra Large: 64 votes

Ballot Paper for Onsite Voting
Bulk ballot papers make the vote count easier Each ballot shows the number of votes for your membership tier Associate: 1 vote Very Small: 2 votes Small: votes Medium: 8 votes Large: votes Very Large: votes Extra Large: 64 votes Members may split their vote by “swapping" their ballot paper for a set of single-vote papers equal to their total voting entitlement

Onsite Voting Procedure
All ballot papers are stamped Please mark up to 3 boxes with an “X” Ballots are invalid if: No boxes are marked More than 3 boxes are marked Ambiguous marking Call for scrutinizers for vote count ( APNIC Members or anyone voting) Ballot box at registration desk Onsite voting open until 14:00 Result announced at about 15:20 Scrutinizers cannot be APNIC Members or those are voting for the election.
