1. Online Access to URS Corporate Policies

2. Purpose:
To demonstrate how to access URS Corporate Policies from the intranet.
Follow the steps indicated and search for Policy number , Personal Leave Donation. The objective of this exercise is to help employees become familiar with how they can access these policies online and to become familiar with this particular policy.
Please note that some URS policies will be precluded due to explicit language in our CBA.

3. Go to our home page: www.ursrucker.com
Click on HR/Benefits

4. Click on: Company Intranet Link

5. Follow the login instructions from the Intranet Access Instructions document.
Username:
eggportal , followed by a back slash “ \ ”, followed by your employee number.
Example: Username = eggportal\032310
Password:
Your initial password will be four characters long, consisting of the first 2 digits of birth month and last two digits of birth year.
Example: DOB January 6, 1964 –Password = 0164

6. Once you are logged into the intranet, Click on Policies & Forms, Then click on Policies

7. From the drop down menu under Responsible Area, select Human Resources and then click on SHOW.

8. You can now scroll down the list in search of Policy Number 07-100-308-000.

9. Written policy will come up on the computer for you to review
