NCF focuses on child inspired learning which places holistic education and well- being of the learner as the heart of the educational system
As leaders of the Primary section, it is important to have a clear VISION as to what is desirable for the growth and development of the children under our care.

a person who leads as a GUIDE a person who has commanding authority or influence Someone who can inspire others towards the achievement of goals A person who accomplishes a mission or task in a way that makes the group more cohesive
