Description of the Series
The Series complements existing IEEE VT-S letter, journal and magazine publications. The Series will play a key role in the IEEE VT-S industry engagement strategy. Any topic within IEEE VT-S Field of Interest fall within the scope of the series. IEEE VT-S Field of Interest (abridged): Land, airborne, maritime mobile communications. Vehicular electro-technology, automotive industry systems. Traction power, signals, control systems. Report to the IEEE Press Editorial Board - 23 Aug 2013

Description of the Series
Books will fall into two general categories: professional development books and textbooks. Potential for cooperation/collaboration with several other IEEE Societies with related interests. Report to the IEEE Press Editorial Board - 23 Aug 2013

IEEE/Wiley Expectations
We will produce 1-2 books per year. We will promote the books to our members through publications, conferences and newsletters. IEEE/Wiley will offer a 2% royalty to IEEE VT-S on books sold. Report to the IEEE Press Editorial Board - 23 Aug 2013

Specific Tasks Develop a book proposal form. Michelson/Irvine
