1. How to Use your Audit

2. Throughout this PowerPoint, there
will be blue text that indicates an action. In order
to move through this PowerPoint you will need to
click on the blue shapes associated with the action of the
blue text. However, some pages do not have actions, in
that case you will simply click the blue “NEXT” arrow.

3. This chart shows you what the colors on your audit mean.
Planned (purple) courses will only show on
your audit if you run an audit with planned courses.

4. There are four charts on your audit.
Click on the charts to learn more.

5. The pie chart shows your progress
towards the 122 credit hour requirement.

6. The GPA thermometer gives you a
quick snapshot of your GPA on a 4.0 scale.

7. The first bar chart shows your progress
towards specific requirement areas.

8. You can click on a requirement area to “drill down” for more detail.

9. Now you can see more detailed information about your
Bachelor Degree Requirements.

10. To get back to the full audit,
click on the word “Audit.” above the pie chart.

11. If your major requires a specific
GPA, then this GPA chart will keep track of
that. If your major does not require a specific GPA
you will not see anything in this box.

12. After the charts,
you have the option to “Open All Sections” or “Close All Sections.” By default, all sections will be open unless you click on “Close All Sections.”

13. If you close all selections you audit will look like this and you can open and close individual selections.

14. In order to open an individual requirement, click on the arrow to the left of that requirement.

15. To close that requirement you just click it again.

16. If you need to print your audit or save it
as a PDF, you can open a printer friendly version
of your audit by clicking on “Printer Friendly”
under the GPA bar chart.
