Provide Internet (Hotspot Free Access) in Compus I – Limitation of number connection, and only one hour for students
RUPP & SIDA (Swedish International Development Cooperation) – Developing RUPP ICT Policy and Master Plan

Staff and Students, Lack of Knowledge in Using ICT
Students, about less then 50% have Laptop/Computer
Lack of Experts in Manage/Control ICT Equipment and System

Improve Communication in Internal and external environments (intranet, increase bandwidth)
Improve Knowledge of Using ICT for Staff and Students
Easy and Fast Access to Educational Resources (library, e-learning, student/staff information, finance, etc.)
