Parents are more concern with the grade or assessment. Support parent to shift from knowledge- based thinking to activities or competence Develop curriculum handbook for parents.

7 Explore Teacher Workload
Change the teaching and learning process and assessment systems Learner-centered teaching methodology and alternative assessment Sufficient number of trained teachers is very important in the implementation of competence-based curriculum National assessment suggests more emphasis on formal assessment and learning.

8 Address Teachers Curriculum Autonomy
Tanzania is having a centralized system of education. Curriculum autonomy is a means of empowering individual schools with regards to curriculum implementation. Curriculum should not only reflect common features at the national level but also the differences across districts and schools. Curriculum provides teachers with autonomy in planning for teaching and learning. Are the teachers prepared enough to exercise freedom given to them?
