CALVIN, GIORDANO & ASSOCIATES – PROJECT APPROACH
ONE CONTEXT SENSITIVE/LIVABILITY ALTERNATIVE/EXAMPLE Palmetto Park Rd & NE/SE 5th Ave. * Addition of a Single Lane Roundabout AM Peak Hour (7:30 AM)- LOS B (12 Seconds of Delay) Intersection V/C = 0.49 PM Peak Hour (4:30 PM)- LOS C (18 Seconds of Delay) Intersection V/C = 0.61 Based on the existing high level of pedestrians observed during the peak hours, specific pedestrian crossing infrastructure would need to be evaluated. These pedestrian volumes would most likely increase due to the new adjacent development. * Traffic Data Collected- 04/23/15
