A line that touches a circle at two points

3. If a Circle and a secant meet at the point of tangency then the measure of each angle formed is ½ it’s intercepted arc

4. If two secants meet in the interior of a circle then the angle formed is the average of the intercepted arcs

5. If 2 secants meet in the exterior of a circle then the measure of the angle formed is ½ the positive difference of the arcs intercepted

6. If a secant and a tangent meet in the exterior of a circle then the measure of the angle formed is ½ the positive difference of the arcs intercepted
