Building power in supply chains Global Framework Agreements (GFAs) Corporate campaigns Bangladesh Accord ACT Not used in isolation, best in fact if come together i.e. GFA can be more effective if have a MNC network, MNC network can be used in corporate campaign, corporate campaign can be run to get a GFA, etc.

Dispute Philippines EPZ 2014 Apple a key customer Sacked all 24 members of the union exec May 5, 2014 for taking time off on a national holiday. Took place during long, contentious negotiations. We believe an attempt to destroy one of few unions in the EPZ. Very strong campaign in Philippines. Continue to work but worksite actions, actions in EPZ and actions in other parts of the Philippines. IA outreach to NXP multiple times over a couple months but no response.
