A Regional Policy framework exists in the continent for mutually beneficial co-operation in tackling these EO infrastructure challenges.
A Unified EO Infrastructure Programme is the only solution to resolving these deficiencies.
Exploitation of existing regional capabilities for multiple benefits in terms of Earth Observation as well as Industry Development, as envisioned in the Africa Vision 2063.
