Lines in the simple text file get Substituted
from the Lookup Table shown below. Line value is prefixed with product- … and Value substituted. Lookup Maintenance is included with the QDE program set. You can “mix and match” between keyed and looked-up products. Lists and Lookups save keying time and ensure consistency in product descriptions.

Short Name Allows Auto-Filling
NONE of these fields are keyed, they are instead auto-filled saving 120 key strokes over 5 fields – with consistent results. Auto-fill removes keying and time QDE does the same with Ship to, Products, Prices etc., PROVIDED you are prepared to set up the Lists and Lookups. QDE provides ALL of the tools required.
