LASIK is still the refractive procedure of choice amongst ASCRS surgeons Bilateral same O.R. visit surgery is the accepted standard for LASIK Declining interest in ICR and increasing interest in LTK/CK** and P-IOL DUFFEY 2002

ASCRS surgeons are still awaiting the surgical solution for hyperopia VisX Star used 3:1 over all other lasers B-L microkeratomes dominate the market with Moria following Still great interest in custom ablations DUFFEY 2002
