Aim
Tackle the youth unemployment problem
Develop important employability skills to young job seekers
Enhance positive emotions, psychological resilience, optimism and self–esteem.
How
Development of a very innovative and practical training package which will be utilised by Youth Workers

4. STEPS OF THE PROJECT
Literature Review analysis and a detailed review of previous literature in a national and European level
National Needs’ Analysis identification of existing gap in employability skills in EU countries (online questionnaires given to employers and employees)
