1. 3.6.1 Linear Motor Software Installation
Only proceed with the installation for either software if applicable. In “Master”, access “IPC Setup” folder as shown below and select “Linear Vc Editing” folder to install the linear motor software. 1

2. Execute the setup file to start the installation
Execute the setup file to start the installation. Select the option shown below when prompt for action and continue till the end of the installation. 2

3. 3.6.2 Servo Motor Software Installation
Go to \\Master\ControlSetup\IPC Setup (Drivers & Softwares) and access the “Yokogawa Drv G3” folder in “IPC Setup” shown below and start the installation for servo motor software. 3

4. After that, click “Next” all the way to complete the installation.
Follow the on-screen steps and click “Next” all the way. When prompt to key in information, follow the illustration below.
After that, click “Next” all the way to complete the installation. 4
