TD Bank Workplace Design Standards Introduction These TD Bank standards are the product of extensive research based on industry standards and best practices. The purpose of aligning these practices and TD Bank’s organization goals is to enable the design of best in class work environments that will allow TD Bank to be an industry leader and the employer of choice of the financial industry Within the new guideline practice is a shift to the assignment of space based on functional requirements to enable our employees to better accomplish .their tasks and create an environment that reflects our brand and professionalism, while maintaining financial responsibility of our organization and share holders. TD Bank Workplace Design Standards Exception Policy These TD Bank standards will be implemented on all projects from issue date of these approved guideline as assigned by Human Resources and corporate information. Any desired exceptions must be submitted to the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for consideration of approval Technology sizes decreasing Flat screens Increasing Technology Depth of the corner work surface can be recaptured Allow occupant to control how they are oriented & not have back to entrance of individual space Glazing on enclosed spaces and lower panel heights allow for increased natural light penetration and better overalll ambient conditions With the increasing movement to electronic information, Overhead storage units are less desireable.
