Who we are Personal Development and Coaching Organisation Our approach Impacting staff and students’ mindsets, attitudes and beliefs Delivering culture change programmes for staff Improving student success and progression for widening access students Our programme at SOAS Trained 2 cohorts of students since 2015/16 45 students took part in the 3-day intensive with very powerful results “This training is a journey like no other. It opened new horizons for me, powerful new ways to approach every aspect of my life. I now know I can take responsibility for myself, reach goals and have fulfilling relationships with others in ways I didn't know existed. I've learnt to be more present and less limiting to myself, and I got to do so in a safe and inspiring environment.”
