3. ATTENDANCE Attendance will be taken at EVERY meeting.
Officers will stand at the back of the gym and you will check in with them.

4. ATTENDANCE
If you miss a meeting you have 5 school days to submit and absence form. (September 13th)
Tutoring, homework, make up work are NOT valid excuses.
After 2 unexcused absences you will receive a warning.
After the 3rd your membership shall be terminated.

5. PROJECTS Each Semester you must complete: 2 projects
An activity that does not require time, usually donations.
1 meeting donation
Specific to each meeting. You do NOT need a project verification form. Sign your name on the clipboard in A-41
30 service hours
Require time to be spent on an activity.
Service hours and projects can carry over to the Spring Semester.

6. Current Opportunities
This months meeting donation is a 10oz or bigger hand sanitizer bottle, next months is a new toy.
StuCo is collecting school supplies for students in need.
To qualify as a project you have to spend $5-$7. Take your items and project verification form to Mrs. Groves by September 8th
We are also collecting items for the Backpack Drive

7. Current Opportunities
Peace Lutheran Preschool needs help on September 23rd from 9am to 12pm to clean up and weed the ground.
Please bring gloves, sunscreen, and water.

8. LAST DAY TO TURN IN DUES WILL BE SEPTEMBER 20.
Our current balance is a little over $1,000
Karina will be collecting dues at the end of the meeting.
LAST DAY TO TURN IN DUES WILL BE SEPTEMBER 20.
After that, dues will go up to $15; and can be taken to A-41.
DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 4 FOR LATE DUES.
If you fail to turn in your dues your membership may be terminated

9. Rock-a-Thon requires you to raise $40, more information will be given at the October meeting.
Pizza will be served at all future meetings, except for elections at the end of the year.

Meeting Minutes will be posted on the website for anyone who missed the meeting
