Education and Training Needed
A bachelors degree ( Some states require a Master’s degree) in Education Along with your general degree, a duel degree or a minor in Special Education State issued certification or license to teach Complete a student teacher internship in a special education program

Other Qualifications Having patience and understanding with dealing with various disabilities Having creativity and many different ideas for classroom activities Having the correct amount of balance between structure and compassion while combating issues Build productive and trusting relationships with each individual student Always being prepared and focused on the countless standards that need to be addressed

By 2020 the job outlook should increase by 17% The need for licensed Special Education teachers is in great need in the last 10 years Jobs are needed more specifically in the South and the West Early Childhood teachers are becoming more prominent with the increasing diagnoses of disabilities Teachers who have specializations in more specific disabilities like autism are wanted as well

Other Qualifications Should not be afraid of heights or climbing high building Also, should be able to handle large amounts of stress Must be calm and cool tempered during all situations Flexible schedule and availability at all times

Job Outlook/ Future Prospects
Firefighters are always needed and are very rarely ever laid off, many retire or transfer to other jobs ( Fire Chief, Captain, and etc) The job availability varies with the location you wish to work, such as the need for workers in New York is higher than in Pennsylvania The employment rate will most likely stay the same and stay at a average rate in comparison to the growth in population

Average Salary : $ a week Firefighters who work for 25 years get to keep their pension Workers get great benefits and are supported for the rest of their lives Also, if you get promoted to a higher rank, your salary may increase / the state you work in
